IKASINDO PROFILE
Study Programme of Indonesian Language and Literature Education’s Alumni Association (hereinafter abbreviated as IKASINDO) was established in 2015. IKASINDO is an alumni organization that accommodates graduates of Study Programme of Indonesian Language and Literature Education. The first chairman of IKASINDO was Renda Yuriananta (Student batch of 2011). One term of office of the chairman of IKASINDO is two years. The election of the chairman of IKASINDO is carried out every two years by involving all active members of IKASINDO and the head of the study program. Based on the election system, Renda Yuriananta became the chairman of IKASINDO for three periods, the period 2015 – 2017, 2017 – 2019, and 2019 – 2021. The current chairman of IKASINDO is Titis Bayu Widagdo (Student batch of 2013). Titis Bayu Widagdo was appointed as chairman of IKASINDO for the period 2021 – 2023.
There is one collaborative work program between the Study Programme of Indonesian Language and Literature Education and IKASINDO which is currently running, namely Bedah Skripsi (Thesis Surgery). Bedah Skripsi is an activity to share the experience of writing a thesis to active students in the Study Programme of Indonesian Language and Literature Education. The resource persons for this activity were IKASINDO members who were chosen by the IKASINDO chairman from the results of considerations between the IKASINDO chairman and the current head of the study program. This activity can motivate active students to immediately complete their studies and provide a description of the thesis writing process.
